Do skylights leak?
A correctly flashed skylight doesn't. Virtually every leaking skylight we're called to was installed without the proper flashing kit or integrated into the roof poorly. We install them as part of the roof system, which is why ours stay dry.

Will a skylight make the room too hot or cold?
